If your product was damaged then please e-mail us at: email@example.com with images of the damaged items and one of our team members will get back to you as soon as possible. Product images must be submitted with the e-mail in order for us to re-send the package if necessary. The damaged item(s) must be reported within 7 days of receipt. For non-tracked packages, damaged product(s) must be reported within 14 days of order date.
COCOVADO is not responsible for any damage to items caused by freight forwarder companies such as Aramex, myUS.com or others. Customers must discuss with the freight forwarder company that items from COCOVADO must be re-packaged as they were shipped from our facility if they are taken out of the box for inspection.
Order cancellation must be reported within 1 hour of placing the order. Credit card processing fees or PayPal fees are non-refundable and will not be refunded for ALL cancellation orders (even if the cancellation is reported within 1 hour).
An order can not be cancelled once it has been fulfilled.
